Finance Business Partner

One of our clients, a Giant in the FMCG Industry, is looking for a well-experience candidate for a Finance Business Partner for their operations in Botswana.Main purpose of the job:

• Establish finance as an effective and valued business partner
• Deliver on the information needs of the business – ensure adequate focus and rigour on data quality.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• BComm Degree in Finance essential (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 3 years Management Accounting experience (non-negotiable)
• SAP/BW, or other ERP systems
• FMCG experience essential
• Fully operational in Excel, and other database management
• Studying towards CIMA or something similar
• Strong communication and people management skills
