Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited – Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Applicants are invited from suitably candidates for the position of Receptionist.

Job Purpose:
The role of the Receptionist & Administration Assistant is to welcome clients and assist them. This includes providing appropriate response to callers and maintaining high standards of BIHL Group switchboard. The role also exists to execute other administration duties so as to maximaze profitability of the customer base within the Group.

Key performance areas
1. Answering incoming telephone calls
2. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients
3. Direct clients to respective offices
4. Print telephone reports, and coordinate collection of personal calls payments
5. Perform clerical duties as and when required
6. Perform any other duty that may be delegated to the incumbent.

Qualification
• Diploma in Office Management /Secretarial studies.

Experience
• Must have at least 3 years experience in customer service and office administration. The individual must be able to work in a dynamic environment as a team member
