OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary:
• To efficiently run and coordinate operations/activities of the company

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers enquiries on different platforms.
• Explaining and advising customers about products offered by the company.
• Taking orders from customers on various platforms
• Communicating orders to various departments within the company.
• Filing of necessary documentation
• Ensuring smooth running of the office and other relevant administrative duties as may be directed by the Directors

Minimum education and training:
• Must possess a minimum of BGCSE

Skills Required: Must be/have:
• Able to pay close attention to detail and multi task
• Meet deadlines as well as ability to plan your own work
• Prioritize tasks and workload with the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• People orientated
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• While being a team player RELIABLE and honest
• Respect for discretion and confidentiality
• Computer literate

Work experience would be an added advantage
