Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing scanning, faxing and copying.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Assist in solving administrative problems.
- Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store.
- Answer and records calls from customers regarding their ktquiries.
- Collect and drop tender and procurement documents
- Maintain office supplies for department, email, walk-in and website contact form inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
- Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as issuing invoices for payments and deposits, issuing receipts and purchasing needed supplies.

Job Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Two years of prior experience in any environment
- Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
