Live-in Guesthouse Manager

Magville Guest house is a newly established five(5) room guesthouse located in the safe surbub of Block 7, Gaborone. We offer luxury accommodation to corporate and leisure travellers at an affordable price. We are located 15 minutes away from the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport and only 5 minutes away from the Central Business District (CBD). Magville Guesthouse is a minute away from the 24/7 private emergency clinic and pharmacy, located in block 7 Gaborone, and very close to the headquarters of Human Resource Management Council (HRDC) as well as Botswana Qualifications authority (BQA).

Job Requirements

– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in either Tourism or Hospitality management.
Class B driver’s licence minimum of 2 years driving experience
Live-in the guesthouse
Willing to work odd hours for the sake of growing the business,self
development and career progression

Working Shifts:
– 6am-14pm
– 14pm-22pm

Duties and Responsibilities to be carried out by the manager:

Supervision of guesthouse employees on the following;
provision breakfast service
housekeeping activities
– front office administration (bookings, check-in and check-out, emails,etc)
in-house laundry.

Responsible for guesthouse stock control, inventory management
and supplies
