Lil’ Paws Funhouse is a business whose main focus is to provide quality care and education for children aged between 0 and 5 years old. The company requires professional, energetic, self-motivated individuals for the following position:

1. Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Location: Jwaneng

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily planning, management and supervision of classroom and children.
• Document observations of child progress and classroom progress.
• Ensure that parents’, children and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
• Prepares and implements classroom lesson plans, programs and schedules.

• Encourage parent participation in the classroom and with home activities.
• Communicates with parents to provide information about preschool activities and their children’s development.
• Directs activities of other staff in the classroom to ensure order in classroom functions.
• Perform other duties as may be directed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate in Early Childhood from recognized institutions
• At least 1 year experience

The position requires successful completion of medical examination and a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting.
