Student Records Officer (Three year renewable fixed-term contract) – Botswana Accountancy College

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain consistently accurate student records
• Responsible for opening individual student files
• Undertake data analysis and produce statistical and graphical reports on student information
• Responsible the submission of new student’s sponsorship application forms.
• Liaises with the DTEF officers on collection and distribution of approved sponsorship forms
• Maintain all aspects of record and document generation such as registration, transcripts, examination records, certificates, withdrawals, student status verification, programme and class lists, and statutory reporting to external stakeholders

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Records Management, Information Management or relevant field.
