Main Purpose of the Job:

To develop appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures of performance of teaching and learning; monitor compliance to procedure, standards and regulations relating to institutional performance and conduct periodic quality reviews and audits of relevant processes and systems.

Key Performance Areas:

• Manage the effective preparation of external assessments and inspections of the institution’s academic provisions
• Test the validity of information using standard data integrity procedures
• Collect robust and high-quality data, collate data into reports and make recommend improvements to relevant processes
• Define and the process of developing measurable indicators that can be systematically tracked
• Device information reporting tools to aid the understanding of regulatory stakeholders and legislation.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Management or relevant field. Quality Certification from a relevant body (eg ISO 9001) will be an added advantage.

Atleast three (3) years of work experience in a quality assurance environment coupled with good knowledge of quality management frameworks and processes.
