The firms practice areas are M&A, debt and equity capital markets, finance, banking and financial services regulation, securities and derivatives advice, property and security law, competition law, energy and natural resources and general corporate/ commercial law. Qualification and Requirements: A first class or upper second-class Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A post-graduate degree in Law or professional legal or company secretarial qualification will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to citizen applicants with outstanding academic achievements and qualifications from renowned universities that are well-recognised for their LLB programmes.
Experience: 1-4 PQE (post-qualification experience), must be admitted to practice before the Courts of the Republic of Botswana as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer and should be familiar with both conveyancing practice and civil procedure.

Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Analytical ability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure in the courts of Botswana.
• Knowledge of contract and delict substantive law is essential.
• Computer literacy and ability to use electronic databases for research purposes.
• Results oriented and performance driven.
• Ability to work to deadlines and work the hours required of professional legal staff.
• Willingness to learn and to engage in continuing professional education.
