BSPCA is looking for a STAFF SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities: the supervisor will organize workflows and ensure that employees understand their duties and tasks. S/he will monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback/coaching both to the staff and management. Also involved in customer care, and occasional event support.
Requirements: assertive, calm personality. Experience in leading teams. Passion for animal rights and welfare. Self-driven and able to work without constant supervision, and with attention to detail. Formal qualification in management or related fields will be an advantage but it’s your personality that counts. Excellent English skills needed.
