Temporary Programme Administrator

JOB PURPOSE

To provide logistical services, office management, selling support and other support services to Consultants to enable them to empower stakeholders in the use of productivity quality best practices in terms of the BNPC mandate.

THE JOB

• Determining and liaising with stakeholders for productivity interventions, send out invitations, advertising on various media to ensure maximum enrolment by clients.
• Processing of time utilisation and data tools, project progress reports, consolidate and maintain Programme Performance Wall to ensure availability of information for analysis and decision making by management.
• Coordinating availability of venues for interventions, compile and distribute intervention packs, process registration and evaluation forms according to the BNPC ISO standards and facilitator’s requirements to ensure success of intervention and continuous improvement in the achievement of organisational goals.

• Monitoring and reconciling Programme’s budget against expenditure to ensure adherence to limits.
• Organizing meetings by arranging dates, venue, and catering requirements, as well as, communicating with attendees meeting details, records and distributing a comprehensive meeting record in line with BNPC ISO Standards.
