EXPERIENCED DEBT COLLECTOR URGENTLY WANTED

Successful Candidate should possess the following:

1. At least 3 years experience collecting unpaid bills and debts;
2. Specialised training in debt collection and dealing with recalcitrant defaulters and non-payers;
3. The ability to produce tangible results in terms of numbers on a continuous and consistent basis;
4. Confidence and fearlessness along with relevant cellphone/telephone etiquette;
5. A basic understanding of Real Estate and Botswana Legal Framework i.e. procedures and systems;
6. Possess relevant professional and/or academic qualifications relating to debt collection.
7. Preparedness to work long hours in a pressure filled environment.
