Dhruv Manufacturing Botswana is a start up diamond manufacturer and has vacancy for 20 trainee rough diamond cutters & polishers to work at a production facility in Gaborone.

POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO BOTSWANA CITIZENS ONLY.

• Requirements

candidates must be prepared to undergo prior training or retraining on: how to operate polishing tools, machines and equipment used to cut and polish diamonds.

• how to cut, shape, and polish diamonds to high standards to prepare them for use in jewelery, whilst conforming to the company’s parameters and working methods.

Qualifications & Experience

• minimum of BGCSE qualification.
• no experience required but experience proven by recommendation/ reference will be an added advantage and given priority.
• diamond cutting courses from industry recognized institutions or equivalent also added advantage.
