CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

JB sports Is looking for personnel to take up the post of CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
at our soon to open branch In PALAPYE

Job Description

Responsibilities of the role

• Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.

• Answering queries from customers.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the branch supervisor.
• Giving advice on product selection to customers.
• Doing daily cash ups (balancing cash registers with receipts)
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise (stock) on the shop floor.
• Receiving and storing stock.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• BGCSE/O’LEVEL CERTIFICATE
• Comprehensive retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Should be of smart appearance and fluent in both English and Setswana.
• Well mannered and confident.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Must be helpful and polite.
• Should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day.
