Snyman & Partners is looking for Contact Centre Skip Tracers various debt books.

A Tracer will be responsible for locating debtors using various methods and collates data on debtors.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
– Keeping track of assigned accounts to locate debtors
– Locating and contacting debtors
– Handle questions or complaints
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Update account status and database regularly
– Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable

Requirements

• 2 YEAR experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills
• A sense of self confidence
• Investigative skills
