SOCIAL WORKER – PROGRAMS OFFICER

Botswana YWCA requires the services of a Social Worker to start work immediately;

The key responsibilities include:

• Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Coordination and Manage ment of Social and Health Programs
• Provision of psychosocial support to clients
• Being responsible for outreach program and out of school youth initiative-. •Facilitation of PACT program and Teen Mother. 
• Life Skills Development to clients
• Maintaining accurate records and preparation of reports
• Participating in training, supervision and team meetings

Competencies:

• The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, result oriented and initiative for community development. 

Minimum Qualification:

At least a Diploma in Social Work and two years work experience within the nonprofit making sector.

Salary: Negotiable
