A reputable medical supplies company is looking for a sales engineer who will be responsible for the medical gas distribution design and architectural systems portfolio. This will be achieved through primarily developing a consultative relationship with engineers, consultants and contractors. The aim of this role is to educate and to be able to sell the system to customers; acquire and maintain a strong customer base.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-Generate proposals (using AutoCAD) for presentations to engineers, mechanical consultants and contractors, based on preliminary site review and analysis of projects specifications and bill of quantities.
-Determine clients needs and work closely with the relevant authorities to determine the most cost-effective solutions
-Design, cost estimation, installing, commissioning servicing and repairing of medical gas distribution and architectural systems
-Seek new business opportunities by cold – calling consultants & mechanical contractors to seek out plan/spec & design build opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
– A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-One to two years work experience.
-Should be competent with AutoCAD
-Must have a driver’s license
