Brief Background
Morula Restaurant is a new restaurant which operates from the Upper Level of the new Game City wing. We are looking for high caliber individuals with unquestionable integrity and with a passion for food and beverages who would like to build a career in the industry. We have the following key positions available for the right candidates.

RESTAURANT MANAGER: 2 POSITIONS

KEY AREAS
Ensure that the shift operates smoothly, cash and stock control, staff management, customer care.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Valid drivers license
• Chef background will be added advantage
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Basic computer skills to reconcile shift reports
• Should be 30+

Remuneration
We offer a market related package, but will like to agree on performance future share holding prospects.
