A vacancy for a National Sales Manager exists at a leading chicken distribution company in Gaborone

Job description

• The ideal candidate must possess a relevant tertiary qualification and have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager in the FMCG industry. Applicants without a relevant tertiary qualification may be considered provided they have an excellent track record and at least 10 years Sales and Marketing experience at Senior Management level in the FMCG industry

• This position also requires an in depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniquies in the formal retail trade as well as in catering and Quick Service Restaurant sectors
• Applicants must be familiar with drawing up sales budgets and forecasts and have the necessary computer and financial skills to do so
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer relations are required for this position
