IT TECHNICIAN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to all departmental IT support calls
• Install, Connect & Test new IT equipment
• Install and test software and operating system

• Repair all faults /malfunctions of I.T equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hardware
• Perform Backups
• Manage and maintain use-assistance logs & repairs logs
• Troubleshoot basic network problems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O’ Level certificate.
• A+ & N+ certification or equivalent computer studies course
• Working knowledge of Windows & MS Office products

• Working knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Active Directory, virtualisation etc
• 2-3 years in support/operations environment preferably in hotel operations].
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
