TEACHING ASSISTANTS

VACANCY NO: FSc/ CS 2/ 2018

Duties: Successful candidates will be expected to: (i) assist academic staff with teaching activities in the respective subjects; (ii) marking laboratory reports when a clear marking key has been provided; (iii) conducting tutorials; and (iv) perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Applicants must possess at least a BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computing with Finance, BIS in Computer Information Systems, or related area.

Experience in teaching at university level will be an added advantage. Applicants must be citizens of Botswana. Graduate students of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Botswana will have an added advantage.

Remuneration: The University offers competitive salaries and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
