An award winning company based in south Africa Fourways area is looking to appoint an Accountant to report to the Accounting Manager in Botswana.

This candidate must ensure quality and timeliness of accounting services.

• Comply with company and client procedures and policies
• Invoicing and cashbook entries
• Escalate requirements for additional information and client delays
• Perform a bank reconciliation
• Process client payrolls
• Run trial balances
• Generate management accounts
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Submit VAT, PAYE, CIPC, WCA, Income Tax and Provisional Tax as required

• Provide support for SARS reviews
• Escalate SARS compliance issues to manager
• Resolve enquiries timeously
• Manage client expectations
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• 3 years working experience
• Pastel partner
• Pastel evolution
• Pastel payroll
• E-filing

• EasyFile
• Must be computer literate
