Serowe Administrative Authority invites applications from suitably qualified Central District Council employees for the above post of Fireman.

B4 (P35 484 – P42 192) per annum 20 working (lays per annum 18 to 30 years of age)

Optional Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50% Contributory Pension Scheme (Government pays 15% and employee 5%)

Qualification: Junior Certificate/COSC/BGCSE

Main Purpose of the Job: To provide fire fighting, rescue and safety services for the community

Duties

• Responds to ail Fires emergency incidents and other special services
• Provides First Aid and Medical Care in ease of emergencies

• Monitors and records patients condition on the way to the hospital
• Cleans ambulance and fire equipment
• Undertakes any other duties required to meet exigency of the service
