Job Summary
To provide an efficient record, archives and management of information produced in the Materials
section including deliveries, data capturing and housekeeping.

Minimum requirements
– O’levels/BGCSE or equivalent
– Two (2) years’ experience in Supply Chain Management

Key Effectiveness Areas
– Recommends and incorporates cost saving initiatives into budgets
– Maintains a document management system in accordance with standards and legal requirements for easy
retrieval.
– Conducts records audit and organises the disposal of documents in accordance with retention schedules
– Assess, identifies and transfers documents from Materials registry and archives as and when necessary.
– Implements and maintaining filling indices for Materials registry and archives to ensure consistency
– Creates basic access and retrieval processes to ensure the security and confidentiality of Materials records
– Adheres to safety, health and environmental policies, procedures in area of responsibility
