sports wear and accessories. We are currently looking for a RETAIL STORE MANAGER.

Job Description

Overall Job Function: Responsible for managing Ihe day lo day running of the store as per the company’s guidelines and policies wifh a mandate to maximize sales and direction of customer sales Assistants.

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Complete store administration and ensure compiance with policies and procedures.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Deal with afl issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.
• Additional store manoger duties as needed.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• BGCSE or equivalent as a minimum qualification.
• Proven successful minimum 2 years experience as a retail manager.
• Great leadership skills and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation wiB be commensurate with qualification and experience for the deserving Candidate.
