Expression Of Interest EOI 001/FNBB/2018 — Catering Services
First National Bank Botswana invites reputable service providers for the provision of catering services at FNB First Place, Plot 54362, CBD, Gaborone

Objectives
This Expression Of Interest (EOI) document is intended to lead to the identification of suppliers that can demonstrate having sufficient capacity and experience to provide catering services in a manner that enables FNB to meet it’s core expectations.

FNB is therefore soliciting bids from interested companies that clearly demonstrate the following:
• The company profile detailing years of experience as prime service providers of catering services.
• Current list of clients where similar services have been carried out and the number of people catered for in each of the outlets.
• Provide recommendation letters from at least 5 clients and contact details.
• Vendor partnerships if any e.g. raw material suppliers, banks etc
• Quality control measures for food handling

The following documents are required from the bidder;
1. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
3. Valid Copy of Directors I.D or Passport
4. Share Certificate(s)
5. Latest Financial statement
6. Copy of Food handling certificate
