Purpose
Role required to ensure the uptime of ATM’s, ADT and Slimline’s by maintaining and monitoring onsite hardware software and peripheral updates and repairs. Installation of new devices to expand services to the customers (HARDWARE).

Job Requirements
· Minimize system downtime through pro-active monitoring and planning; Ensure trending and minimization of recurring problem

· Ensure on-site hardware, software and peripheral updates and repairs in the organization and ensure System and data protection is enabled

· Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information during IT Support of hardware and software application

Qualifications and Experience
· Degree or Diploma and the required Certification.

· Software Testing.
