SALES EXECUTIVE – MAUN

Transit Media is looking for full time Sales Executive with outdoor advertising sales experience to join its successful, expanding sales team, tenable in Maun. If you are an ambitious, self-driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.

As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.

ROLES
*Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients throughout the country.
*Maximize opportunities afforded by Transit Media’s existing contracts.
*Develop new business and increase sales for both new and existing clients, in line with targets.
*Represent Transit Media’s values in all dealings with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
*Ensure communication and relationship with clients is excellent and enables Transit Media to deliver world-class service.
*Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our company values; Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Sell advertising space as provided by our various mediums.
*Sell Transit Media as a national proposition as well as a local solution in terms of outdoor advertising.

*New business development from either generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
*Responding to quote requests in adherence to company procedures.
*Develop and maintain relationships with company clients by providing outstanding service and support.
*Work under deadlines to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
*Working with wider team to ensure client job orders are delivered on time.
*Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each job order is passed to the production coordinator with the right specifications.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*At least Diploma in Marketing or related field.
*Minimum 2 years demonstrable sales success within the outdoor advertising industry.
*Ability to effectively communicate and quickly build rapport in face-to-face meetings or via telephone
*Strong networking skills
*Motivated self-starter
