Advertising Intern Primary Responsibilities

• Locate and contact potential clients and sell advertising space
• Provide clients with estimates
• Manage and process all administrative paperwork related to adverts
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients using statistics
• Perform regular research on trends and competitors

Job Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising

• A driver’s license and MUST have own transport
• At least two years experience in sales

Freelance Journalist Primary Responsibilities

• Interview people in a wide range of circumstances
• Writing copy for publication on a tight deadline
• Building contacts and sources for use in future stories
• Fact-checking the information given to you by sources
• Pitch story ideas to editors
• Stay up to date with privacy, contempt and defamation laws

Job Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Journalism /Mass Communication/ media studies.
• A driver’s license and own transport will be an added advantage
• At least two years experience journalism.
