Main Purpose of the job

To do administrative duties i.e dispensing doctor’s prescriptions, reviewing prescription requests with doctor’s offices and Medical Aid companies to ensure correct medications are provided and payment is received. You will be speaking with customers over the counter and over the phone and delivering medication in and around Gaborone, process card and cash payments upon delivery of products.

Deliverables
• Disperse medications according to doctor prescriptions
• Process payment for clients with Medical Aid
• Following up with Medical Aid Payments

• Process payment for cash and corporate clients
• Adviser over the counter drugs
• Deliver customer orders to their homes upon request
• Process Card Payments
• Maintain Customer Profiles and lasting relationships with loyal customers
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Pharmacy Merchandising

Competencies
• Good Customer Service
• Attention to detail
• Pharmacy Tech Diploma
• 2 years related experience will be an added advantage, however, all are encouraged to apply
• Must be fluent in English and Setswana (Speaking and Written)
• Be able to work flexible hours
