Minimum Education or Qualifications:
• Relevant business degree
• Minimum 7 – 10 years in a similar role and relevant industry
• Proven track record in closing deals and converting opportunities into revenue generation
• Relevant CIB knowledge, including sound knowledge of the bank’s products and services
(including structured finance and treasury products)
Competencies:
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Sound corporate credit knowledge, including understanding of financial analysis, credit and risk
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Sound knowledge of the full MS Office suite
• A keen interest in working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend
Key Skills and Experience:
As the incumbent you should be able to originate new business, retain current business and identify opportunities to cross and up-sell the bank’s products and services in line with strategy to deliver profitable, sustainable revenue growth. You will be ensuring the most achievement of revenue and profitability targets, Portfolio management, Risk and Compliance management, Stakeholder relationship management.
These will be underpinned to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of the Corporate Banking Department. Co-develop, implement and manage campaigns and activities for BancABC segment to increase customer profitability, cross sell ratio and bank’s overall performance. Drive, manage and control the Country re-segmentation process by Product sales process engineering.
The individual should be an effective teamwork able to manage self and alignment with group values.
