JOB DESCRIPTION

To operate and monitor the power plant field operations to ensure safe and efficient generation of power in accordance with safety standard procedures and standards.

Framework for Operation – The jobholders works within procedures.

Tools and Equipment – The jobholder uses simple tools and equipment.

Supervision – The jobholder is supervised on the basis of end results

EDUCATION REQUIRED

A recognized National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Electrical or Mechanical Ma or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year post qualification experience in maintenance and operations environment.

Supervisory Experience: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others
