Job Description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position is responsible for planning, coordination, optimisation and management of the electrical services in a mining operation. Maintenance of the electrical network; network availability & power supply quality. Operational safety, and mine-wide efficient projects delivery, for attainment of strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical and Electronics with specialisation in process control and instrumentation, plus Membership of a professional institution; Minimum 8 years post qualification experience, with proven track record of Asset Management and Maintenance in a mining environment. A clean Class B driver’s license essential.
