OFFICER – CUSTOMER CARE (TENABLE IN GABORONE)

Main Purpose of the job

To effectively offer services pertaining to service representation and customer care services In support of the internal and external communication with the Corporation’s customers and/ stakeholders. The role holder would be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving customer queries

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Business Administration/Management or related holds
