Reporting to the Head of Portfolio and Risk, you will be responsible for the monitoring, administration, evaluation and supervision of Norsad investments in investee companies. The incumbent will be expected to perform the following;

Investment Operations:Monitoring and control of the portfolio in accordance to guideline.Review and initiation of risk management process and procedures.

Portfolio Management: Driving on-going portfolio and risk management.

Risk Management: managing,monitoring and reporting of end to end risk management across the portfolio.

General: An overall team player offering direct support to the Portfolio and Social & Environmental team.

Additional responsibilities include: review and initiation of risk management process and procedures for new investments; client reviews; and using risk management tools and stress testing of portfolios

You will hold a relevant degree and have experience in: portfolio management; collections and recoveries; financial analysis and monitoring of investments; monitoring and control of facility terms; preparation of management reports and portfolio quality review; and risk management of investments. Over and above this experience, to excel in this leading-edge environment, you will need to be a highly motivated self-starter, with lots of drive and passion to deliver business results.
