Media 12 is looking for an Accountant

• with a Diploma in Accounts
• be Competent in Microsoft applications ie Word, Excel and Outlook,
• able to multitask and
• have the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
• A clean Drivers licence is an added advantage

DUTIES
* Generating invoices and statements and verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
* Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable)

* Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
* Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
* Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
* Managing all creditors matters from bills to payments of suppliers
* Furnishing tax returns, VAT and PAYE
* Debt Collection
* Petty cash administration
* And others
