Leading fashion retailer is seeking a bubbly, self-motivated individual who is passionate about retail and fashion to join their team in Gaborone

The successful candidate must be able to reflect the target market of the brand, original with fresh thinking, progressive and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• 1 Year Retail Sales Experience
• Grade 12 / Equivalent – Essential
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• As this is a position of honesty and integrity, the successful candidate should possess a positive credit and criminal history as per our client’s requirements

Previous experience in:

• Driving sales through excellent customer service
• Maximizing sales engagement
• Merchandising to optimize sales
• Reducing stock loss effectively
• Assisting & educating team & customers on products
• Administration and facilitation of product training
