Wireless Technician – IT-IQ Botswana

This role is responsible for planning, design, installation, maintenance and support of wireless networks. The incumbent will be required to monitor and maintain network infrastructure; maintain all wireless equipment, review reports for hardware, software, equipment and service concerns and respond accordingly. Additionally the position will require the setup and testing of new trial equipment, technologies and programs.

The ideal candidate must have:

Minimum Requirements

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA N+
• Cisco Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA)
• Vendor Wireless qualification (Ruckus/Ubiquity/Aruba)

This is an experienced hire post and the incumbent should have a minimum of 3 years experience working within a WiFi environment.

ITIL, and CCNA Routing and Switching certs will be an added advantage.
