Job Description

• Research on various job boards and in-house sources
• Research in line with business development
• Updating and maintaining client and candidate records on in-house system
• Reformatting CVs and gathering candidate information
• Compiling applications, cover notes, regret letters etc.
• Create various spreadsheets for mailers and drawing from social media resources
• Rewriting job specs and advertising vacancies on various job boards
• Answering the phones with efficient and professional telephony and message taking
• Liaising with the public on every level or seniority to company standards
• Conducting market research
• Assist with all other adhoc administrative functions
• Required to do company errands at times within reason

Minimum Requirements

• Completed GCSE, Advanced in MS Word
• At least 3-5 years solid proven admin experience
• Fully computer literate in MS Office and typing speed at least 50 wpm
• Fluent in English, written and spoken – First Language ideally
• Able to handle a pressured and a demanding work environment
• Extreme attention to detail required
• Must have a driver’s license and own transport
• Able to work unsupervised
• MUST be a Motswana Citizen
