Description
The Manager Finance and Administration position reports to the Director Corporate Services, with his/her core responsibilities being the provision of cost effective accounting and financial management services to PEEPA. The successful incumbent will maintain an integrated system of procedures and controls to ensure timely delivery of relevant financial information. He/she furthermore ensures accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including the preparation of Statutory Accounts & audit liaison. As the Manager Finance and Administration you will manage budget process & consolidation, including periodic re-forecasts and manages PEEPA’s revenues. You will moreover make recommendations to diversify sources of revenue and promote financial self-sufficiency and manage the provision of cost effective office support services. The successful incumbent will advise on professional valuation and financial structuring of investment projects to facilitate restructuring and privatisation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you will need a Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, Masters in Finance etc.) from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to PEEPA with at least 10 years’ experience specialising in financial management. In addition to compliance with good corporate governance and business practices, excellent knowledge and understanding of financial, procurement and administrative procedures and regulations are required. You should be computer literate, strong in planning, organising, budgeting and resource management.

The above position is offered on a contract basis.
