purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for determining clients service requirements efficiently, through their strong knowledge of the banking solutions and services, thus instilling confidence in clients by delivering the required service in an efficient, professional manner, in them being direct bankers support.

experience and qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business.
Certificate of Proficiency (Long and or Short term).
2 – 3years experience within Sales and Service within financial services being a preference.

responsibilities
Providing an efficient client focused administrative service through careful planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
Comply with governance in terms of legislative, regulatory and audit requirements.
Provide sales support efficiencies and services to ensure retention of clients.
Assist in managing the growth of active customer account base to increase client base and revenue target.
Facilitate clients transactional, lending, investment, advisory and digital convenience solutions.
Successfully track and report on client campaigns and initiatives by optimally using the CRM tools and other existing tools in the business.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.

Assists in the management and portfolio growth through pro-active client contact and lead generation.
Ensures all client communication is conducted with the highest level of professionalism.
Resolution of client’s complaints and queries within stipulated time frames ensuring that both the Relationship Manager and Client are kept informed on progress.
Ensure all arrears of clients who have exceeded their facility of have not made the minimum payments to keep their facility in line are well managed.
