Job summary

To extend after sales support of clinical products
To provide applications product support and clinical training
To organise and deliver training through workshops
To help service engineers to determine nature of clinical equipment problems
To coordinate with laboratories for training sessions at installations sites
To develop customer training tools and offer relevant input for products and services and be involved in root cause analysis for problem solving

Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Degree in Biomedical Sciences
Registration with Botswana Health Professionals Council (BHPC)

Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
