Assistant Front Office Manager – Majestic Five Hotel

JOB OPPORTUNITY AT MAJESTIC FIVE HOTEL- ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to provide high-quality service to our hotel customers.

They also respond to guest requests and help provide customer service Customer Satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review).

Financial Performance (Up selling, Room Revenue, Operation Auditing).

Showing Initiative, Problem Solving Staff Training Team leading Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner

Develops high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.

Prepare monthly and daily revenue report.

Prepare Room revenue and occupancy forecast take action on rate strategies.

Is involved in the recruitment of new team members for front office

Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.

Perform any other responsible duties as required and directed

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years’experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager
• Must be reliable and hard working
• Knowledge of Apex will be an added advantage
• Must have good communication skills
