Accounts Admin Assistant X 1

Accounts Admin Assistant work in liaison to the Accounts Admin manager; and will responsibilities for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. She/he will provide supports to other managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

She/he will ensure good company practices and procedures are maintained, and to effectively communicate verbally or via phone/email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Typically reports to the general manager or head of the unit/department any records variation for timely correction.

Education and Experience required for the position: The candidate should at least have BGCSE or equivalent and should have at least five years’ work experience in the same or related field.
