• Provide technical assistance in the development of student support and welfare programs and the necessary tools for purposes of promoting student retention, success and employability.
• Assist in the coordination of career guidance programs at all levels of educational pipeline for proper alignment of training needs with labour market requirements
• Assist in establishing clear linkages with relevant internal departments (in particular Research and Observatories and Demand) and external stakeholders to obtain key information for effective and efficient planning and implementation of relevant programs and services.
• Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation of the student support and welfare programs including data capture and analysis as may be required

Position Requirements
Qualifications: At least a degree in Educational Management / Social Sciences or Health Related Programs including Health Education.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in planning or in a similar function within Higher Education or Technical & Vocational Educational and Training Environment.
Duration of Contract: Contract to run up to 31st March 2019.
