Join Bank Gaborone’s Graduate Programme for 18 months, to gain insights on how the challenging business of a bank operates and to develop the appropriate skills necessary for o leadership career within the Bonk

Whilst on placement, the role holder will have responsibility for the successful delivery of set projects that have clear objectives with achievable and recognisable outcomes These will also incorporate some day-to-day operational work allowing the trainee to contribute to the ongoing work of the team in which they are based

The placements will develop the trainee’s skills, knowledge and experience, whilst delivering tangible outcomes to the host department and the Bank.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Business, Finance-oriented Degree or equivalent
• Upper Second Class Pass or higher (GPA – 3.5 (75%) or higher)
• Not currently employed
• Graduating in 2018 or less than a year ago
