1) Bartender

POSITION SUMMARY

Bartender will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers.Must be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers needs and expectations.The purpose of this position is to serve food and beverage to guest as per the course of order.

2)Front Desk Officer/Receptionist

Duties will include,but not limited to the following:

-Ensuring that there is an efficient bookings/reservation system
-Ensuring that all records for the guests are kept up to date
-Ensuring that the hotel as a whole is marketed
-Motivate for specials for both accommodation and restaurant sales
-Answering incoming calls
