Specification

To provide a personalised yoga/wellness experience for guests and manage the curio boutique in camp.

This position reports to the Camp General Manager.

Requirements

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

•Develop and maintain a professional relationship with guests, ensuring optimal level guest services.
•Prepare and provide personalised guests wellness experience.
•Perform and demonstrate all yoga exercises to guest and ensure compliance to safety and health standard.
•Assist guests to perform all exercises effectively.
•Evaluate exercises perform by participants and recommend correction whenever required.
•Analyse each participant requirement and develop exercises to suit every individual.
•Inform guests of various forms of yoga and its effect on body and mind.
•Monitor participant performance and recommend different form of yoga if required.
•Ensure appropriate ambience for guests to perform yoga exercises.
•Ensure guest satisfaction and assist in answering all their queries.
•Manage curio boutique sales and ensuring accuracy of all sales.
•To ensure that the Curio Boutique is accessible as per the guest demands.
•Ability to demonstrate knowledge of all products sold.
•Keeping track of stock and proactively ordering to replenish the sold out items.
•Assist with hosting of guests as directed by Camp Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Yoga Instructor Certificate.

EXPERIENCE
•A minimum of 3 years in proven track record of providing an excellent yoga service.
