STRATEGY COORDINATOR

Working under the CEO’s Office the purpose of this role is to coordinate the BIH Strategic and Annual planning processes; analysis & recommendations to support the strategy implementation progress and reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) to support the BIHs achievement of strategic objectives

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the co-ordination of the BIH strategy process: coordinating the processes of strategic analysis, prioritisation, implementation, monitoring & measurement of strategic success
• Coordinate the process of translating the Corporate Strategy of the BIH into an integrated framework of linked objectives, measures, targets and strategic projects.
• Liaises with BIH Senior Management. National Strategy Office, the parent Ministry and other relevant Stakeholders in matters relating to achievement of strategic objectives and recommending interventions, for BIH, in support of the National Economic Diversification agenda.
• Ensure the coordination & the collection, analysis and reporting of BIH strategy implementation status to support the achievement of strategic objectives
• Support Senior Management by coordinating activities to communicate the BIH strategy to employees and other key stakeholders to foster buy-in and mobilise support and ensure a common language around a common agenda.
• Coordinate the alignment of the annual planning and budgeting processes to the strategic priorities of the Hub to support Senior Management utilisation of resources to support the achievement of strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A recognised Degree in Strategic Management, Business Management, Project Management or related field

EXPERIENCE:

A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Management role
