Job Purpose

The right candidate will understand and lead the Financial Management Function of a rapidly growing company in the financial services sector that continues to develop various revenue streams.

The Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible among other things the following:

• Supporting function of MLM. RM and FPM
• Monitoring of Advances Book.
• Monitoring of Airtime Scheme Book.
• Producing Weekly and monthly Management Reports.
• Managing the company’s financial administration, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Establishing and maintaining financial policies, internal control and procedures for the company.
• Contributing fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business.
• Producing annual financial reports for audit.
• Liaising with auditors for the annual audit process.
• Ensuring compliance with BURS and NBFIRA requirement.

The Person

The right candidate must be a BICA registered individual with CA. CIMA or ACCA qualification, with a minimum of ten (10) year’s experience. The candidate should have demonstrable knowledge, as well as. in-depth practical experience with the following software applications:

Sage Evolution. Pastel Payroll. Advanced Excel, Micro Loans Master. Recharge Master.
